A Technical Project Manager with 16+ years of international experience delivering multiple power transmission substation projects across Africa and Middle East while dealing with distributed teams across 10+ countries (Egypt, Djibouti, Libya, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Iraq, Jordan, UAE, Turkey, India, France, Italy, Romania & USA).
Throughout his career, success has depended on one critical capability: building and leading high-performance teams across different countries, time zones, technologies, and cultures. He has coordinated engineering, sourcing, procurement, factories, suppliers, and site teams distributed over multiple countries while maintaining alignment on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
He is deeply interested in how organizations can create strong, productive, and motivated global teams in remote environments, where digital collaboration and cultural intelligence become key competitive advantages. What he brings:
